Key results in 2021
BenQ Materials held 251 physical courses in 2021. A total of 21,318 training hours were provided. The average training hours of employees by rank and job category were 22.04 hours for middle and senior management, 25.46 hours for junior management, 20.11 hours for engineering staff, 15.83 hours for administrative staff, and 1.25 hours for junior staff. The average training hours of employees by gender were 5.75 and 3.65 hours for women and men, respectively.
