A Milestone in Sustainability! BenQ Materials Recognized in S&P Global’s Sustainability Yearbook 2026
[TAIPEI, TAIWAN – February 24, 2026] – S&P Global, the international authority on sustainability ratings, recently released The Sustainability Yearbook 2026. BenQ Materials Corporation has officially been included in the 2026 Yearbook, distinguished by its outstanding performance across Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) dimensions among more than 9,600 companies evaluated worldwide. This honor highlights BenQ Materials' leadership in the materials science sector and its commitment to aligning corporate sustainability with rigorous international standards.
The S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook is a premier benchmark for global investors to evaluate corporate sustainability performance. The 2026 ranking is based on the 2025 Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) scores. Entry requirements are stringent, requiring companies to rank within the top 15% of their industry and achieve a score within 30% of the industry’s top-performing company.
BenQ Materials upholds "From Materials Science to Missions" as its core value. In addition to the S&P Global recognition, the company has achieved significant ESG milestones from 2025 to early 2026:
“Inclusion in the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook 2026 is a significant milestone for us," stated BenQ Materials. "This is not only a validation of our employees' collective efforts and our green transformation but also a long-term commitment to our stakeholders. We will continue to leverage our expertise in materials science and innovative technology to drive sustainable transition, extending our R&D into medical and lifestyle industries to create a positive impact alongside our global partners".
In response to the global trend toward Net Zero, BenQ Materials is actively promoting the use of renewable energy and water recycling management while strengthening sustainable governance across its supply chain. This inclusion in the Yearbook solidifies the company’s commitment to international ESG benchmarks and its promise to deliver value to society, the environment, and the industrial chain.
