BenQ Materials Honored with the “Family-Friendly Workplace Award Strengthening Employee Support, Inclusion, and Work–Life Balance

BenQ Materials has been recognized with the Family-Friendly Workplace Award presented by CommonWealth Parenting in its first year participating in the program, joining 55 outstanding companies across Taiwan. Centered on the theme of “Co-Nurturing Future Power,” the award highlights organizations that demonstrate concrete actions in family support and work–life balance. This recognition affirms BenQ Materials’ long-term commitment to creating an inclusive, people-centered, and supportive workplace.

BenQ Materials has consistently invested in building a work environment that supports employees through every stage of life. The company offers 12 weeks of fully paid maternity leave, exceeding regulatory requirements, and has accumulated nearly NT$30 million in childcare subsidies, providing NT$5,000 per month for children up to three years old—benefiting more than 600 employees to date. In 2025, the company will introduce a dedicated leave day for parents of first-grade students, enabling families to accompany their children through an important milestone. BenQ Materials also provides three days of paid long-term care leave and regularly hosts caregiving and family support workshops to help employees strengthen caregiving skills and reduce the pressure of supporting aging family members.

In the area of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), BenQ Materials continues to advance its multicultural workforce programs. These include equal pay, cultural integration support, daily-life assistance, mental wellness resources, and festive activities that help migrant workers adapt to both workplace culture and community life.
