Our sustainable supply chain management framework encourages all suppliers to align with our policies and programs in compliancewith regulations and corporate social objectives. We have also developed various business conduct standards for our suppliers withregard to technical capability, product and service quality, responsiveness and timely delivery, the environment, workplace health and safety, and human resources. In particular, this includes the signing of non-use of conflict minerals requirements and hazardous substance management. Adherenceto these policies is consistent with our expectations for customer service and reflects the spirit of partnership we expect with our suppliers. By working together, we can strengthen supply chains for shared success.
