BenQ Materials is committed to materials research and development. We use a dry process for single layer separators with a selection of high melt rigidity and crystallinity polypropylene to ensure the strength and uniformity of separator films.

 

Our manufacturing process for battery separators is suitable for automotive and energy storage systems with high power requirements. The separators are under strict quality control and possess a unique film structure to prevent wrinkle formation after soaking in electrolyte, resulting in a Li-ion battery with high-safety qualities and excellent performance.
